"Ummm crispy crisp, I've only got eyes for dinner -nothing better than Duck!
I usually have time to carry it home by it's feet, raw- but not tonight;
we have our dress rehearsal for the Mikado ..."
Izzy ... it is nice to meet you. I enjoyed your little poem on the ducks ... but I read of your animal husbandry first and now to the right I am reading your "about me." Feels as though i have met a fellow traveler. I prefer animals to people, I have spent a lifetime shapeshifting (myself), and I swear reincarnation sounds silly to me, but I know that I have been here before. Many times. Liz
Izzy ... thanks for visiting. I have to confess the ONLY way I can do anything with that kind of formatting is to create the post first in Word ... go online and find what I need in terms of something specific (like the word pate).. cut and paste it into Blogger and hope for the best. It doesn't always work and sometimes it takes a lot of effort to get the spacing right, etc....

Vivid tale!
How fun that you brought The Mikado into this magpie, making it not only a tasty little piece of writing but one with a dynamic soundtrack! <:
did you enjoy the duck better than the Mikado, or vice versa?
cute little piece.

Snappy, or should I say crisp.
